Dentofacial Deformity Study Group
These meetings focus on congenital and acquired deformities of the face. The purpose of the group is to bring together orthodontists, surgeons, and others who plan the corrections of these deformities.
- July 16, 2015- Dr. L. Douglas Knight– Dr. Knight is a graduate of the Roth/Williams 2 year program for Functional Occlusion and the recipient of the Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontists Pacesetter Award. He is a Diplomat of The American Board of Orthodontics and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Knight has been appointed as Director of the Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontists for the United States and has most recently started the new Full FACE Course for teaching functional occlusion and goal directed orthodontics.
- June 6, 2013- Dr. Landon McLain- Dr. McLain completed both Dental and Medical school before distinguishing himself as an intern in general surgery at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. After completing his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery, he was accepted into perhaps the most competitive fellowship in general cosmetic surgery, under the directorship of Dr. James Koehler, and president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) Dr. L. Angelo Cuzalina.

- September 25, 2012- Presented by Dr. Myron Tucker- Dr. Tucker has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally on many subjects with his primary focus on orthognathic surgery. He has also published six textbooks, and has written over 50 publications.
